Coaching Programme Service
ESA's success has been built on its renowned coaching programme
service. Detailed coaching programmes are designed to meet
the individual, or organisation's needs and requirements and
are carried out by a fully qualified ESA coach. Meeting with
the client will establish aims and objectives and how these
will be met through the programme. ESA are in regular contact
with you to ensure that we are meeting the your goals, which
have been set down in the programme.
The length of these programmes are very flexible as there
is no set time period; programmes can range from a one-off
session, 1day, 1 week or to even 52 weeks.
The cost to design and carry out an ESA coaching programme
will be tailored to your individual needs. The final quote
for a programme can only be reached when ESA and you know
which type of programme you want, when you want it and the
length of it.
All ESA coaching programmes come with a fully qualified coach
who has passed the police clearance process. All coaches and
programmes are fully insured by Norwich Union.

Outreach Programmes Service
Workshops are available on topics such as on bullying, drug
awareness and sex education to name a few. If you require
a specialist programme not in our programme portfolio, ESA
will endeavour to provide it for you.
Need a Sports Coach Service
If you already have a coaching programme in place, and need
a sports coach or your coach is on holiday or sick, we'll
provide one for you.
