I heard about ESA through a friend of mine who is an
ESA coach. About three years ago I was asked by ESA
to coach football at a local primary school, which I
found enjoyable and rewarding. I have worked for ESA
ever since. I also coach basketball, tennis, cricket,
athletics and squash. I have been coaching for over
thirteen years in youth clubs, community programmes
and local leagues.
I've worked with a people of a variety of ages and
abilities as well as those with visual and hearing impairment
and mild learning difficulties.
Coaching is a rewarding experience as no two sessions
are the same, each student brings different qualities
and attributes with them. My aim is to create an environment
where students can express themselves with no inhibitions,
to improve their performance in their chosen sport and
most importantly to have fun and stimulation in both
a mental and physical capacity.
