Elite Sports Agency (ESA) was set up in April 1998, following
the success of Young Stars Soccer School, which had provided
tailored football coaching programmes to schools in London
since 1994.
We believed that many schools would like to offer more sporting
opportunities for their pupils than previously provided by
Young Stars Soccer School. This was confirmed when we conducted
a survey involving over 700 schools. The survey results showed
that 63% of the schools wanted to offer more sporting opportunities
for their pupils. This encouraged us to launch ESA, which
would offer schools and their pupils a wider sports programme.
Since 1998, ESA has widened its client portfolio to provide
coaches for leisure centres, health clubs, youth clubs and
a range of sports clubs from football to swimming to ice hockey.
In this time ESA has carried out over 8,000 coaching hours.
ESA has also launched its new jobs vacancy service, which
will allow employers to advertise jobs on our web site.
Our aim is to be the first choice for organisations that

coaching. Our commitment to deliver tailored coaching programmes
and courses that are fun and allow the individual, whatever
